Thank you for visiting and shopping at C’monde Studios’ online shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy and Return Policy for our own products (not our client’s products, which will be governed by the respective websites).
We offer flat rate standard shipping of US$30 on all international orders. All items will be shipped with Hong Kong Post.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order. Delivery time will vary, depending on the destination country.
International taxes, duties and customs fees
It is impractical for us to know all countries import laws customs practices and taxes. While we do our best to keep you informed of shipping delays, it is up to our customers to know their countries’ import practices before purchasing.
You, the customer, are responsible for all VAT, customs duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, and other fees required by your destination country for importing goods. We do not collect these charges at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges
may be. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies please contact your local customs office.
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees ad charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products and returns up to 7 days after delivery date. Returns are accepted on unused items only.
All customers must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org about their planned return first. Once your return has been accepted, customers will need to package and ship the items back to us at their own expense. All return orders must be shipped with tracking number for tracking purpose. We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurred during transit.
Once we receive your package, allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return and refund have been processed. Refund will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to post the funds to your account.
